Landlord Fee's

• Tenant Find/ Fine me a Tenant £350.00
• Management Fee's 9% of rental income
• Inventory Service £20 per hour.
• Renewal of Tenancy Agreement or issue of Section 21
• Extra Keys £10

Services we provide

• Visiting the property with you, advising on rental income, as well as other advice that may be required.
• Prepare a suitable tenancy agreement .
• Obtaining and evaluating references and credit checks through the National Residential Tenant Referencing system.
• Keeping in touch with the landlord and tenant on a routine basis.
• Ensuring all documents. compliance have been sent to tenant (management only) 
• Ensuring Landlord is fully aware of compliance required.
